Policies apply to all services, memberships, series, and gift certificates. Please arrive 5-10 min early. Late arrival can cut into the session time. No-Show & Same-day cancellation fee of $50. No exceptions for Friday & Saturday. Please cancel by voicemail, text or email by midnight the night before your appointment.

TBR Massage & Spa is a ZERO TOLORANCE Massage Establishment. Any inappropriate behavior or conversation will be documented and reported. The session will be ended immediately and the client must pay in full for time booked.

Sessions must be booked under the person receiving the massage. Each client will be emailed a New Client Intake Form that will need to be filled out before your appointment.

Please take a moment to read this Policies Page. Due to limited space same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $50 cancellation fee on Fridays and Saturdays. The fee can be waved once per year Mon-Thurs.
Massage Therapy is available 6 weeks POST surgery and deliveries. Client must have a doctors approval if they are experiencing a high risk pregnancy.
Pregnant women must be 13 weeks pregnant before they can receive a massage.
Do not come in for an appointment if you are sick with a cold, flu, covid, etc. Massage Therapy can make you feel worse if you are sick, and put our staff and other clients at risk.
Spa Etiquette - Please practice proper cleanliness & hygiene. We understand that clients may come from work or the gym. We offer complementary products for clients to use before their session and refreshing add-ons. For the most refreshing experience we recommend showering within 24 hours before your massage. - Side note: Shaving the legs is not necessary ladies. :)
