Policies & Ethics

Policies apply to all services, memberships, series, and gift certificates.
Please arrive 5-10 min early. Late arrival can cut into the session time.
To avoid cancellation/no-show fees, please reschedule or cancel by 7am, the day of your appointment.
Same-day (After 7am) cancellation fee of $50. No exceptions for Friday & Saturday.
No-Show appointments will require full payment of service.

Any inappropriate behavior or conversation will be documented and reported. The session will be ended immediately and the client must pay in full for time booked.

Sessions must be booked under the person receiving the massage. Each client will be emailed a, New Client Intake Form, that will need to be filled out before your appointment.

There's much to see here. Please take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to schedule your appointment conveniently online.

Please take a moment to read this Policies Page. Due to limited space same-day cancellations be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No exceptions for Fridays and Saturdays. The fee can be waved once per year Mon-Thurs.
Massage Therapy is available 6 weeks POST surgery and deliveries. Client must have a doctors approval if they are experiencing a high risk pregnancy.
For prenatal massage, clients must be out of the first trimester, at the minimum 13 weeks prengant.
Do not come in for an appointment if you are sick with a cold, flu, covid, etc. Massage Therapy can make you feel worse if you are sick, and put our staff and other clients at risk.
Spa Etiquette - Please practice proper cleanliness & hygiene. We understand that clients may come from work or the gym. We offer complementary products for clients to refresh before their session. Check out our refreshing Enhancements to add to your massage session. For the best experience we recommend showering within 24 hours before your massage.
