Abby S., MS, HWC, LMT, CPT
Abby Stratmann, Owner, LMT, CPT - Started The Body Rocks Massage & Spa in January 2019. She offers her clients a true holistic approach. Abby has a certification in Ayurvedic Health & Wellness Coaching, Therapeutic Massage, Personal Training, Reiki & Crystal Healing, Corporate Wellness and Chair Massage.
Abby has been practicing Therapeutic Massage for over 25 years. She has extensive knowledge in many massage & bodywork modalities. She utilizes her skills and knowledge to create a custom session for every client based on their individual needs. Additionally, Abby offers Spa treatments and Body Contouring. She is a certified Reiki Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer helping clients master functional movement, intuitive fitness, tone and weight loss.
Abby graduated from The Institute of Natural Healing Sciences in 2000, and from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2025, with a Masters of Science in Lifestyle Sciences and Coaching.

Hello, my name is Aisha and I am a licensed massage therapist and certified in medical massage. I graduated in 2011 from Hands On Therapeutics Massage School. My goal as a therapist is to gain as much knowledge and training in therapeutic massage and bodywork, and to provide a variety of different modalities to help better serve my clients. The services I provide are: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reiki Massage, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. My specialties are neck, back, shoulders, and hips.
