The 4 stages of sports massage are Pre, Mid, or Post-Event, and Recovery. They range from an invigorating massage that warms up the muscles to a deep slower massage to aid in recovery.

Prenatal massage benefits both the mother and baby. Prenatal massage is done in a side-lying position so you don't have to lay on your belly, and must be after the 1st trimester. It focuses on lower back, hips, legs, and abdomen (if requested) to help relieve common prenatal pains.
Note: If varicose veins are present on the legs those areas will be skipped.
